Customer service representative (m/f)

Your challenges:

• Providing customer support and advice by phone
• Supporting customers with questions about personal loans
• Coordinating appointments
• Processing loan applications and communicating with loan brokers regarding offer templates
• Proactively approaching interested customers to ensure loan processing

We are looking for sales support for our client in the personal loans sector, based in the center of Zurich. Your team consists of young and motivated individuals who all share the same goal: to provide exceptional service to discerning customers. Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent (commercial diploma, high school diploma, etc.)
• Ideally, sales experience and no fear of the telephone
• Enthusiasm for the financial sector
• Fluent written and spoken German; French or Italian skills at least at B2 level
• Confidence in difficult conversations and the ability to always find the right words
• Quick familiarization with various systems and processes
• A healthy sense of humor, essential for team dynamics

Important to know:

• A fixed salary starting at 6,700 x 12, depending on experience in the industry, it can also be more.
• Additional bonus opportunities between 10,000 and 50,000
• After training and good performance, you may work from home 1-2 days per week by arrangement
