Your qualities
  • Completed basic education or high school diploma
  • Ideally, initial experience in commercial office work
  • Fluent written and spoken German, French skills at least B2 level
  • You are experienced in telephone customer contact and may have already worked in a call center
  • You keep a cool head during difficult conversations and always find the right words.
  • You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with different systems and processes

For our client in the telecommunications industry based in Zurich, we are looking for employees who have customer service experience or are communicative personalities who speak German and French fluently.
